Greetings from the Federal Communications Commission’s Consumer Affairs and Outreach Division. 

Every year the Federal Communications Commission reaches out to promote the importance of digital connectivity. Internet is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. 

Join us in raising awareness of the Lifeline Program so that no one is unable to connect to crucial services simply because they cannot afford it.  

A connection to voice and broadband services provides people with the means to stay in contact with vital emergency services and community resources. Lifeline, in a very real sense, is a lifeline.
