Part-Time Facilities Department
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Worker to assist with the upkeep, maintenance, and event support of our church facilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in both independent and team-oriented settings. Hours

20 Hours per week, days and times may vary depending on availability and needs.

Extra hours may be available for special events or as a substitute for other facilities staff.
Wage

$15.00 per hour
Responsibilities
-
Cleaning and maintaining church buildings, including janitorial duties such as mopping, vacuuming, and restroom upkeep.

Ensure all buildings are locked and secure after events or services.

Landscaping and maintenance around the church campus, including pruning and watering.

Assisting with rental events and event setup/takedown.

Performing repetitive lifting and moving of heavy objects, up to 50lbs.

Basic audio-visual operations.
Qualifications

Have good verbal and written communication.

Be able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in various situations.

Be flexible, reliable, and able to follow directions while also working independently.

Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Have reliable transportation.

Be able to work outdoors in various temperatures.
